The fourth release in Westland's Native Oak Series, and Garryana 4. 1 showcases whiskey aged in Quercus garryana, which is also known as Garry oak, native to the Pacific Northwest. The whiskey was matured in five different cask types, with rye casks (29%), new (19%) and refill Garry oak (7%), Pedro Ximénez (16 hogshead and bourbon casks (29%) all contributing to the flavour profile. Only 3,750 bottles available for the 2019 edition. Bottled In September 2019 at 50% ABV. Official Tasting Notes Nose - Custard, blackberry syrup, dulce de leche, slightly savory.
