Here we have a 40 year old single matl from Glen Grant distillery aged in Refill American Hogshead's with only 105 bottles produced from its 37th cask. Nose: Citrus zest combine with tropical pineapple and subtle white chocolate. Undertones of green apples giving way to coconute and fresh herbs. Palate: Soft pepper married with dried banana and soft smoke. Sweet tropical fruit combined with ripe orange and baked pear Finish: Medium bodied with lingering nuts and cocoa
