Just when you thought Peat’s Beast couldn’t be more powerful. . . this is the batch strength version of this rich and monstrously peaty Single Malt. Like the original, this is full of flavour, and with no chill filtration, additives or colouring. Deceptively elegant on the nose, with honeyed notes, vanilla and spices, before the peat makes itself felt. Treacle, mocha, and a whiff of pineapple and ginger follow on the palate.
