A Speyside Single Malt, distilled June 2020 and bottled in 2021. Matured in American oak with an additional finishing in a Calvados cask. Nose: Delicate tropical fruits, apple skins and vanilla. Palate: Medium bodied, with pear drops and apple pie. This is followed by nutty vanilla and spice. Finish: A fairly short finish, slightly drying.
