Located in Israels Hefer Valley, the Recanati Winery is led by Chief winemaker Gil Shatsberg, a graduate of the U. C. Davis wine program. Using his expertise to take Recanati to new heights, specifically with Recanati Reserve Petite Sirah. Hand harvested and fermented in small tanks for 10-14 days this wine is soft, velvety and will age gracefully over the next 5 years. Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas of cherry and vanilla with flavors of cherry, blueberry, white chocolate and lilac.
