The grapes for this cuvee are grown just outside the heart of prestigious Pouilly-Fuiss in a chalky-soiled vineyard that sits surprisingly HIGHER in elevation than those of Pouilly-Fuiss. Finishing with tell-tale minerality and freshness, its unmistakably Burgundy. Ripe red and yellow apple, preserved lemon and herb-scented honey flavors, this 100% Chardonnay is medium-plus in body and acidity.
