Variety 100% Pinot Noir. Vineyard location Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Vinification Cold maceration for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ending it in 2nd, 3rd and 4th use barrels. This wine is aged for 10 months in American and French oak. Tasting notes Ruby red color with violet hues. Medium intensity. Red and black fruits aromas such as cherry and raspberry in balance with the chocolate and vanilla provided by the barrel. In the mouth it is a tannic wine, medium acidity and fnish with fruit and balsamic favors. Light red hue. Aromas of cherry compote and strawberry with a mild herbal background. The mouth is savory with a fresh persistent aftertaste.
