The Dalmore 2003 Vintage was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then enhanced by hand-selected Rivesaltes Sweet Wine, Matusalem, Amoroso and small batch bourbon casks. Nose: Manuka Honey, dark toffee and aged vanilla pods. Palate: Warm honey, maple syrup and spiced dark fruits. Finish: Antique honey, old English marmalade and sweet spice.
