This English Single Malt from The Lakes has been matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla Sherry casks before being bottled in late 2021. Tasting notes include oak and incense, toasted rye bread, treacle and a hint of spice. The artwork has been created by Song Kang, a Korean-American illustrator renowned worldwide for her infinitely intricate environments. Chosen specifically for her style, these incredibly woven illustrations were ideal for Infinity's complex and mysterious whisky character.
