Aged in a combination of refill Bourbon Barrels and refill American Oak Hogsheads, the finest of whish are personally selected and married together for a six month finish in first fill Oloroso Sherry Casks. 46%, Non-Chill Filtered, Natural Colour Tasting Notes: The Oloroso sherry finish adds perfumed floral notes, making this a delicately aromatic dram while preserving the signature distillery character: rich fruits and spice with hints of Atlantic sea spray.
