Eve and Michel Rey run this small domaine in the beautiful village of Vergisson between the Roche de Vergisson and the Roche de Solutr?. They do all the work in the cellar and the vineyard themselves, so they know every vine. As a winemaker, Michel is extremely eager to learn and Eve is extremely perfectionist. This is probably why the wines of this relatively young winery have improved significantly in recent years. No insecticides or pesticides are used, the soil is cultivated all year round with respect for nature and it is hand-picked with the grapes transported in small boxes. What delicious and young drinkable wines for this money!
