Greenwing Cabernet captures the essence of this wild place with soaring flavours of black plum and Bing cherry and is created from the fruit of one of the world's most unique and diverse wine regions.
The knowledge and expertise of Brian Rudin, an emerging star of Washington winemaking, anchors Greenwing. This wine shows some reduction out of the gate. Beyond that are notes of caf? au lait and cherry. Black currant flavours follow, breaking up in the middle. It hasn't all come together yet, but the pieces are fascinating.
