Sustainable viticulture with minimal interference is at the foundation of Heitz's approach, with the results being clear in a well-rounded array of terroir-specific transparent wines.
Clos des Poutures is a monopole vineyard, solely in Armand Heitz's hands, producing wines of balance, pure fruit and complexity. This wine offers a great sense of softness and round texture without being overly so.
