Each year, they gather the best Canadian grains our prairie lands offer. It's this bounty that shapes the great spirits they are known for. They mix 70% rye and 30% winter wheat, resulting in a distinctly Canadian taste. Northern Keep is well-rounded with hints of citrus and light spiciness from the finest rye, subtle sweetness from winter wheat and distilled five times for exceptional smoothness and a clean finish.
