Rhum Clement was founded by Homere Clement in 1887 in Martinique, a small Caribbean island which has a unique terrior and the perfect tropical climate and humidity for producing rhum. It is the only French Caribbean island to have an AOC appellation, which they recieved in 1996. With more than 125 years of tradition, Rhum Clement is the no. 1 selling Rhum Agricole, produced in Le Francois, Lowland Martinique. Rhum Clement white rum is made from the best selection of the finest sugarcane from Habitation Clement. The sugarcane is harvested as low to the ground as possible in order to get the highest concentration of sucrose. The distillery is within view of the fields to ensure freshness. Rhum Clement Blanc is the perfect expression of a true Rhum Agricole from Martinique. Clean, with nice flower and cane flavours, it is pefectly adapted for a Ti Punch and as well as many other cocktails.
