Silver Medal winner at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2020, this is a lovely balanced Champagne. Composed of 20% Chardonnay, for elegance and delicacy, 40% Pinot Noir, for roundness and structure, and 40% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness. Pale gold in color, with an abundance of delicate bubbles. Floral aromas of fruit with subtle predominance of white fruits: pear, apple, almonds and hazelnuts. Fresh opening, smooth, pleasant, and balanced. Beautiful on the nose with honey, wild strawberry and white chocolate leading through to a generously complex palate.
