Primarily Grenache with lesser amounts of other indigenous local varietals, this is a powerful and concentrated wine that shows strawberry and watermelon notes complemented by notes of spice and wild herb. Unabashedly fruity but totally dry, this is a big, full-bodied rosé that can stand up to hearty dishes.
