The emblem of Tierra Noble was born from the tradition of having a specific selection, year after year from amongst hundreds of barrels. Only from those that have developed the most subtle and elegant notes get to be celebrated by the end of each distilling season. Over time, the exquisite blend of these extra-añejo tequilas age up to 85 months to then become what is known today as the "Selection of the Tierra Noble's founder". Aromas of honey, vanilla, prune, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricot and tobacco. The palate offers hints of dark chocolate, nuts, red fruits and a light touch of tobacco and spice. Fantastic persistence.
