The Cuvée Réservée is clearly amongst the top wines from the vintage. This stunning wine instantly opens with seductive aromas of ripe black raspberries and roasted plums, which are woven together with smoke, floral, white pepper, grilled herbs and a hint leather. This continues to impress on the palate with its round, velvety texture, beautiful balance and seamless structure which driven by a lovely core of acidity as it heads into the long, polished finish. Year after year this Cuvée delivers, and this is another outstanding showing to add to the long list. This can be approached early, but this wine has the reputation to age gracefully, and allowing this time to fully evolve will certainly pay off. (
