This complex combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Malbec, delivers notes of dried flowers, black cherries, and saffron. Grapes are harvested from 5 to 25+ year-old vines and undergo a week-long cold soak and partial native yeast fermentation before being aged in French oak barrels for about two years.
