Blue Note Juke Joint is aged for a minimum of three years. The mash bill 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley and unfiltered at bottling. Sweet corn, allspice and oak on the nose. The body is viscous with vanilla, allspice, apricot and pear. The finish has notes of allspice that fades into lingering notes oak, pear and vanilla.
