Complex nose of bramble and hedgerow fruit with added black pepper spice. Rich, plump, and juicy with supple tannins that fill the palate and lead into more bramble and hedgerow fruit. Excellent purity and vibrancy of fruit combines effortlessly with the mineral-driven finish. 92 Points - DecanterThey were cautious to control the extraction in 2022. Most of the grapes were lightly crushed prior to the fermentation (30% whole cluster), but there was no pre-fermentation maceration or punching down. The result is a beautiful wine, with ripe blackberry fruit with hints of violets and earth and a supple, velvety texture with enough density to satisfy but no heaviness.
